Every year on June 14th, the US celebrates Flag Day. While we are usually all about mixology, we’re going to switch gears to vexillology. Vexillology is the study of flags. Flags are important symbols of nations. For example, they can represent a country’s history, military, values, or religion. There’s even an organization for people who love flags called the North American Vexillological Association. They have over 600 members in 27 countries and have been promoting camaraderie among flag enthusiasts since 1967!
