PMI South Saskatchewan: Multicultural Project Teams
Date: November 14, 2013

As projects become increasingly diverse in nature, culture plays an undeniably critical role during the project execution. Cultures present themselves in many forms, including national, generational, and organizational. Responsible project management professionals should identify the various cultural risks that may impact projects and define mitigation plans to address such issues from the beginning.
